Instinct is a supernatural adventure with adolescent themes. It is based in the recent past, 2006, and highlights the lives of two young 15 year old Animagi. Abigail Morrison and Daymeon Jones are Animagus dogs and agents working for the W.W.A.A. (World Wide Animagus Agency). They are also two teenage school children, contending with exams, bullies and growing up. The story watches them take on the most dangerous and vital missions in their lives so far, as a traitor's plot against the agency threatens to reveal their secret, while, at the same time, they try to maintain the guise of a normal life and face the toils of adolescence.
Instinct takes normal people, gives them supernatural abilities, then watches them fight for good alongside the agency while making a life for themselves alongside the humans. The book is aimed at older children and young adults but can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages.
